沙坪劳教所:民主生活会制度“不掺水”
健全并严格执行党内民主生活会制度，是加强党的思想作风建设，有效地实施党内监督，改进作风，增强团结，提高领导干部思想水平和党性修养的有效途径，是建设高素质干部队伍的一项重要措施。沙坪劳教所为了规范民主生活会程序，提高民主生活会质量，确保民主生活会“不掺水”、“不走样”，政工、纪检部门分别对各支部、各科大队级单位落实民主生活制度提出了明确的目标要求、强化了责任、注重了考核。所部分别将各支部、各科大队级单位召开民主生活的情况纳入了各自的年度目标考核工作之中，同时通过事前报告、事中参与、事后总结、平时抽查、不定期跟踪调查整改效果等形式，确保了民主生活开得实在、开出成效。
